FREE Return & Exchange

Return policy

If you would like to return your Karün eyewear after purchase from our website, please contact us directly at europe@karunworld.com within 14 days from receiving the order.
To make the return process effective, please follow below steps:
1. Contact europe@karunworld.com to request and register the return.
2. Follow the instructions given by our customer service. Note that:
- The returned item must be new and with no signs of use. A quality check will be performed.
- Returns are asked to be shipped to our Swedish office and we will provide you with a prepaid parcel. Do not send products to the warehouse address, as they do not offer this service.
-The original shipping fee (if any) is not refundable.
- We will process the return of the original order amount to you when we have received the return shipment.

Exchange policy

If you would like to exchange your eyewear to another model, please contact us at europe@karunworld.com within 14 days from receiving the order.
To make this change effective, please follow below steps:
1. Contact europe@karunworld.com to request and register the exchange. Include your personal information + order information + model with lens colour preference you wish to have in exchange.
2. Follow the instructions given by our customer service. Note that:
- The returned item must be new and with no signs of use. A quality check will be performed.
- Returns are asked to be shipped to our Swedish office. Do not send your products to our distributors, as they do not offer warranty services.
- Returns are asked to be shipped to our Swedish office and we will provide you with a prepaid parcel. We will take care of the costs for shipping your exchange model back to you.
- We will process the exchange when we have received the return shipment.

Shipping Policy

Shipping agent & policy

We will ship your parcel through DPD or UPS depending on your country. Agent and potential cost for shipping will be stated in checkout after you have entered your address. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking details through email once your order is picked up from our warehouse by the shipment agent. We use signature required deliveries to offer safer shipments and shipment agents will contact you through phone.
If you want your order to be sent to a package pick-up station, please contact the shipment agent to update this. In case the shipment agent does not succeed in delivering the item to you, please try reaching the agent via email and/or telephone. They will give it a second try or offer you to pick up the package at the closest pick-up station. If the agent eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want to get the sunglasses, you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs. Otherwise we will refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to Sweden, Great Britain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxemburg. We are looking to go towards free shipping for more markets, but until then we are charging a shipping cost that accounts for 50% of the carrier price to remaining markets. The rest is on us. Final costs for shipping will be stated in checkout after you have entered your address.

Warranty

Warranty policy

If you are not satisfied with our product once you receive it, or if you have problems due to manufacturing defects you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge, read more about this in under Repair.
Any complaint must be submitted via e-mail to europe@karunworld.com or contacting us directly through our website.
Do not send your products to our distributors, as they do not offer the warranty service.
If your Karün Eyewear has met its end of life, please contact us about depositing the broken pair for recycling. We will grant you a 25% discount on a new purchase for your contribution.

Repair of broken frames

If you are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us directly at europe@karunworld.com in order to for us to give you the best service we can. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Do not send your products to our distributors or warehouse, as they do not offer the warranty service.
If your Karün Eyewear has met its end of life, please contact us about depositing the broken pair for recycling. We will grant you a 25% discount on a new purchase for your contribution.
