EUROPE 

Return policy

If you would like to return your Karün eyewear after purchase from our website, please contact us directly at [email protected] within 14 days from receiving the order. 
- The returned item must be new and with no signs of use. A quality check will be performed.
- Do not send products to the warehouse address, as they do not offer this service.
-The original shipping fee (if any) is not refundable.

- We will process the return of the original order amount to you when we have received the return shipment.

- Valid for purchases made in EU countries only

Exchange policy

If you would like to exchange your eyewear to another model, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days from receiving the order.
To make this change effective, please follow below steps:
- The returned item must be new and with no signs of use. A quality check will be performed.
- Do not send your products to our distributors, as they do not offer warranty services.
- We will take care of the costs for shipping your exchange model back to you.
- We will process the exchange when we have received the return shipment.

- Valid for purchases made in EU countries only

Shipping costs

Shipping is free in the EU.

Shipping agent & policy

We will ship your parcel through an express shipment carrier. Agent and potential cost for shipping will be stated in checkout after you have entered your address. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking details through email once your order is picked up from our warehouse by the shipment agent. We use signature required deliveries to offer safer shipments and shipment agents will contact you through phone.
If the agent eventually ships the item back to us because delivery failed, and you still want to get the sunglasses, you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs. Otherwise we will refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.

Warranty policy

If you are not satisfied with our product once you receive it, or if you have problems due to manufacturing defects you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge, read more about this in under Repair. 
Any complaint must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected].

If your Karün Eyewear has met its end of life, please contact us about depositing the broken pair for recycling. We will grant you a 50% discount on a new purchase for your contribution.

If you are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us directly at [email protected] in order to for us to give you the best service we can. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge. 

OUTSIDE EUROPE 

Return & Exchange policy

We do not offer any return or exchange possibilities for the countries outside of Europe at this moment.
