Returns:

Not sure about your glasses, no problem. We offer you a 30 days return policy, with no questions asked. And, shipping costs are on us !

- Have you purchased your frames on our website?

We’re sorry if your frame did not meet your expectations and that you wish to return or exchange them. We have a very simple process to make it as easy as possible for you:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of order, free of charge.

Feel free to contact us to europe@karunworld.com, and be so kind to include the following information on your email message:

1- How can Karün be of any assistance to resolve your issue – exchange or return?

2- Which model do you have (Check inside of temple - 8-character code).

3- Where did you buy the Karun product? (Please include the receipt or proof of purchase).

4- When did you buy the Karun product? (Please include the receipt or proof of purchase).

5- Provide us with your contact information (Full name, address, and phone number).

6- Order number.

We will send you a label so you can return it free of charge through a corresponding courier to your country.

Only one comment: Make sure to bring your package to a shipping point of the courier indicated on your label.

- Have you purchased your product at a partner store?

If you purchased the product from a partner store, we recommend you to contact them directly to get the necessary support.

- How do I prepare the package for return?

Prepare your frames as you received them initially, in their original package and with all its items inside. Make sure the shipping box is well sealed for shipment, print out the return label, and place it on the return package. You will then be able to proceed to the nearest shipping point of the courier indicated on the label (BPOST, POST NL or DHL– depending on your country, make sure to revise this) to ship the product back to our warehouse.

The product you return must come without any sign of use. We will inspect the product returned before proceeding to any exchange or refund.

 

Exchanges:

We want to make sure you find your right pair of glasses, so we offer you a 30 days exchange policy, with no questions asked. And, shipping costs are on us, both ways !

Exchanges will work only for products of the same value or higher. If you wish to exchange your product for a cheaper one, it will work as a regular return/refund.

This means that you will return the product to us and we will refund you the full amount of money so you can proceed to make a new purchase from the beginning.
