To know which frame fits you, measure your face's width. The length of your glasses should be slightly wider but normally no more than a fingers width. If you want more help or need additional information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Polarized lenses counteract glare, providing a more focused vision. Vision in bright sunlight is perceived as considerably more relaxing and less fatiguing.
With time and use they get darker because we do not use any chemicals in the production process. They are made of 100% recycled fishing nets providing the color and texture.
WOOD COLLECTION These sunglasses have been handcrafted with reclaimed native wood from Patagonia. They are unique. Wood is a noble and gentle material and as any handmade object, they are especially delicate. We advise you to look after them, make sure to handle them with care and store them cautiously in their case when not in use.
7 SEAS COLLECTION These frames are made from 100% recycled nylon from fishing nets. This material is very flexible and durable. We do not use any colour additives in production which leaves them in a grey colour to begin with. As you wear them they absorbs moisture from the surrounding and darkens in colour. This is normal and expected. Use your frames in sports or leisure, they will be a trusted companion anywhere.
SAILING EDITION We have blended the recycled nylon from fishing nets with recycled carbon fibre. This material gives the frame a better grip on your face while being in action on the water. The carbon fibre mix makes the frames less flexible than the 7 Seas Collection and we recommend to store them cautiously in their case when not in use.
Karün means "to be nature" in Mapudungun (Native language of the ancestral indigenous people from Chile: Mapuche)
For us, it is really important the close relationship nature has with everything that surrounds us. In Karün we work with the environment as a constant source of inspiration and in all of our designs. Our concern comes from the continuous observation of the natural world. We want to separate ourselves from the current economic model used by many companies, which generates too much waste and pollution, and get closer to the natural cycle of life where everything is reused and nothing is lost. We need to be conscious. We can not take this planet for granted.
Our frames are handmade in Italy with the latest technologies, ensuring that we meet the best quality standards of the industry.
